Shipping Information
At Discount Moving Store, we offer local delivery options based on your distance from our office.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Fees:
- Free delivery for orders of $250 or more within a 20 km radius of our office.
- For orders below $250: $50 delivery fee within a 20 km radius.
- For each additional 20 km beyond the first 20 km: add $30.
- Delivery Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
- Tracking: Once your order is scheduled, you’ll receive updates via email.
Please double-check your address and order details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping/delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle!
